Augustine holds a degree in International Relations, specializing in Public Policy, with over 10 years of experience in national and provincial management as well as in international organizations; also holds professorships Decision Making and Negotiation and American Comparative Political Systems and Seminar on Public Policy Planning in the University of Salamanca.
The group intends to work both online and in face modaliad (in Buenos Aires) from five key areas: Strategic Planning Situation; logical framework for project development, monitoring, evaluation and monitoring of programs; Public Sector Survey, and Scorecard for Public Management.
