Evo Morales has won with 62% of the votes

I Thelma Morales was ratified by more than 8 points that you obtained to be elected for two and a half years while the four prefects of the "half moon" also were confirmed in their posts according to preliminary calculations.

Morales said that "within this democratic and cultural revolution" will respect the prefects (governors) ratified and called together the mayors "to work for the union of Bolivians and work together, respecting the rules."

Despite that, the day was characterized as exemplary by the local authorities and more than 40 suppliers of Mercosur and about 100 of the Organization of American States (OAS).

The political reading that make local analysts said that at national level was very strong support received by Morales, which improved by more than 20 percent of the votes on Sunday in relation to its presidential election and the attention is on the next few hours where there may be problems for non-acceptance by the prefect of Cochabamba, Manfred Reyes Villa, the decision to revoke popular in office.

The other feature of the day is that at the departmental level, especially in the areas managed by the opposition, the message of the population was to "reaffirm the prefect but also accompany the President's performance.

In the corridors of Government House, is celebrating the election and announced that "change will deepen" will advance to the plebiscite to approve the new Constitution and begin a dialogue stage.
